About the welcome bonus 

The welcome bonus is automatically added to the first deposit if the deposit is more than €20. However, €150 is the most you can get as a bonus. If you do not want the welcome bonus, you must tell us in Live Chat so that they can remove it. This must be done after the deposit is in place, before you start playing. 

The welcome bonus is Sticky Bonus , and the minimum deposit to qualify for the bonus is €20.

So far everything is good. But then we come to the part where we examine the bonus conditions of Casinoluck more closely. And this time we had to find the big magnifying glass. Because here it is important to keep your tongue in your mouth. Here are our observations; 

Max Bet

Max bet with active bonus is €3.99 per spin. Or 15% of the bonus amount received. In other words, if you deposit €20 and get €20 in bonus money, the max bet will be €3. So far it is fine, but what is a little disappointing is that maxbet is defined as: ” stakes equal to or higher than €4″ . 

Even with trained eyes, we read for the first time that the max bet is €4 per spin. It is therefore wrong. It’s all under €4. Since it will be difficult to bet €3.99 per spin, we round up to €3.90. Even that will be difficult. Minus in the margin here for CasinoLuck that is. 

The second thing we were surprised about was that the maximum profit with bonus money is €500. If you win more, you can only withdraw €500 after the turnover requirement has been met. Another minus in the book here, in other words. 

Turnover requirements 

The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 35X. This is only on the bonus money. Thus a reasonably low turnover requirement.

Casinoluck has a loyalty program where you earn points as you play. A total of 7 levels can be advanced, the last two of which are VIP levels that require an invitation to join. The benefits to the player and the value of rewards are said to increase as you advance the levels.

We are unable to get a good overview of the number of providers and slots. The search menus are too poorly developed for that. We asked live chat, but got the answer that they don’t know that either. Anyway, we note that popular providers such as Push Gaming, Relax, NoLimit, Thunderkick and ELK are not found here at Casinoluck. It’s a little sad.

Customer service and live chat are open every day 08:00 – 24:00. We experienced a quick response time, and even though English is the language, you get a translation directly in chat if needed. 

Design and ease of use 

Although the site Casinoluck itself has existed since 1999, we had expected a slightly better organized site. Aspire Global took over responsibility for the operation of the website itself in 2017. This means that they supply the technical solutions and all the slot machines. 

Verification 

Fortunately, Casinoluck offers a self-service menu for uploading documents for verification. Here we are quick to strongly recommend that you do this as soon as you have opened an account. 

License

Overall impression 

Unfortunately, this does not quite hold up for our reviewers. It will simply be too bad for us to think about popping the champagne. Unclear bonus conditions, low withdrawal limits and restrictions on winnings with bonus money are the biggest drags. In addition, the site itself could successfully receive a serious upgrade for a better user experience. As well as several providers that we miss.
