Ongoing Promotions and Loyalty Programme

The bonus programme at Puntit isn’t particularly extensive, as the promotions page is fairly sparse. There are really only two offers available beyond the welcome bonuses. One gives you 50 free bets on sports every week, while the other offers a 10% cashback on your weekly losses. The cashback applies to both casino games and betting. 

If you claim the cashback offer, you’ll receive your bonus on Fridays, and the minimum amount you can be paid is €5. So a weekly net loss of €50 or more is required. The cashback amount is awarded without wagering requirements, so you can withdraw the money immediately. Maximum combined winnings from bonuses per day can’t exceed €10,000.

Unfortunately, there’s no VIP club or loyalty programme at Puntit. This is a downside, perhaps particularly for high rollers. That said, the cashback and the generally low wagering requirements are something high rollers often appreciate.

There’s a limited selection of payment methods at Puntit, as neither e-wallets nor prepaid vouchers are supported. The methods you can use for deposits are either regular bank cards, Revolut, or cryptocurrency. Withdrawals, Verification, and Payout Limits at Puntit

Game Providers

How many game providers are featured at Puntit isn’t possible to say, as there’s no list showing them all. That also means, unfortunately, that it isn’t possible to filter games by provider. By looking at the games on offer, however, we can say with certainty that all the most popular game providers are featured at the casino. This means even the relatively small selection of games is of high quality.

Among the providers we noticed, we can mention Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, and Push Gaming. Puntit appears to have the full, or significant parts of, the game catalogues of the providers they work with, which means they also add new titles as they’re released. 

Slots and Jackpot Games

There are almost 3,000 slots at Puntit, making this game type by far the largest part of the library. While most of the popular favourites are included, we would have liked a broader selection for more variety. The vast majority of the slots are modern titles packed with bonus features. And since most of the game providers featured create games with high volatility, the selection for more cautious players may be smaller. 

There’s no dedicated category for jackpot games at Puntit, and a search didn’t turn up much either. They’ve chosen, for example, not to offer the massive progressive jackpots from NetEnt, even though this is a provider they work with. This is disappointing, as many players enjoy these titles. What we did find, however, were the fixed jackpots from the provider VoltEnt.

In the Puntit live casino, the games are split into five different categories: Game Shows, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker. Viewing all the games isn’t possible, however, so you’ll need to search for various game types like Bac Bo, Craps, Andar Bahar, or other variants that don’t fit into any of the groups. The live casino doesn’t have a list of available providers either. But it’s easy to see that the lineup is dominated by the two biggest live studios, namely Evolution and Pragmatic Play. We particularly liked the variety of game shows.

Sports Betting and Odds

Sports is probably the gaming vertical given the highest priority at Puntit. You can see this immediately on the site, as the homepage displays sports betting and the various odds categories are placed at the top of the main menu. At the time of writing, the menu lists Sports, Live Sports, Football, FIFA World Cup 2026, Basketball, and Ice Hockey. There’s also a sports list where you can see all available disciplines and other events. There are dedicated categories for horse and greyhound racing, as well as entertainment and politics. The last two categories primarily let you bet on events in the US and the UK.

Live betting is, of course, one of the most popular ways to bet. Which sports and events are available for live betting depends on the season and time of day, but there’s always something going on. Football, tennis, ice hockey, basketball, table tennis, golf, cricket, darts, and baseball are some of the sports that appear first in the live betting list.

Licence, Security, and Responsible Gambling

The gaming licence Puntit operates under is from the Curacao Gaming Control Board, with licence number OGL/2023/159/0076. This licence has been issued to White Star B.V., the company that owns and operates Puntit. The Curaçao licence is one of the better ones to play under. Among other things, it ensures fair play, the protection of deposits, and strong data security.

Fair play is ensured by a licensing requirement that all games must be tested and certified by third-party companies. User Experience and Mobile Play

The user-friendliness of the Puntit website is middle of the road. It’s a positive that the site, including the terms and conditions, is easy to read. It’s also straightforward to find your way around services and the main game categories. Where it falls short is in the way the various casino games are organised. Among other things, we miss a category for RNG table games, and we would have preferred an overview of the various game providers. 

The mobile optimisation, however, is very good, and it’s fairly clear that the site is designed first and foremost to be user-friendly on mobile. When we tested Puntit’s customer support, we got an almost immediate reply via chat, while it took up to six hours to get an email reply. In total, we contacted them four times to evaluate the quality of the help on offer. 

One of the things we wanted to assess was how well the support agents understand the needs of their players. So we asked detailed questions about card payments and withdrawals to bank accounts. Overall, the help was good, and we got the impression that the agents mostly wrote personalised responses rather than using pre-written standard replies.

Puntit is a gaming site with potential, but as it stands now, it’s difficult for them to compete with the best online casinos out there. Their casino game selection is far from optimal, as there’s too little variety and too few game providers. The sportsbook, however, is strong, and it’s clear that this is the gaming vertical Puntit invests in most. It’s also a shame that the bonus programme isn’t more developed, even though we naturally appreciate the exclusive bonus and the low wagering requirements.

We found customer support to be good, and we have nothing to fault when it comes to security here either. The only thing is that we would have liked the option to activate some playing limits. When it comes to payment methods, however, we’re disappointed. There are very few options to choose from, and we particularly miss having e-wallets for smoother fiat withdrawals.
