Rollingo Review
Rollingo is a new online casino with a fully localised website and local currency support. They’ve also made sure to offer payment methods that work for both deposits and withdrawals. You can choose between fiat methods and cryptocurrency.
New players who sign up can claim a 200% welcome bonus, paid out in real money once you’ve unlocked it. After that there are game tournaments and daily cashback with no wagering requirement. For games, you can choose from 9,000 casino titles including slots, table games, live dealer games, jackpot games and speciality games, or bet on sports instead.
The Rollingo website is modern and fairly easy to navigate. If you need help, customer support can be reached through messages directly from your account or by email. The licence is issued by the gambling authorities in Anjouan.
Rollingo is best suited to high rollers who want relatively high withdrawal limits and bonuses with no wagering requirements.

Bonuses and promotions at Rollingo
Rollingo runs a simple bonus programme. Rather than handing you lots of deposit bonuses, they focus on cashback. There’s still a welcome bonus available, though, and here we take a closer look at what you get.
Welcome bonus for new players
As a new player you can claim a welcome bonus, but it works a little differently from what you may be used to at other online casinos. Instead of a standard match bonus credited to your account straight away, the Rollingo bonus has to be unlocked. You do this by wagering your own money. Once the wagering is complete, the bonus is credited to your account as real money with no wagering requirement. Here’s what you get:
| Deposit | Bonus | Minimum deposit |
|---|---|---|
| 1st deposit | 200% up to €1,000 | €20 |
In other words, the bonus money isn’t added to your account until you’ve unlocked it. If you can’t complete the wagering with your first deposit, you can choose to deposit more.
On paper a 200% bonus is very good, but with this “unlock” mechanic there’s a fairly high chance you won’t complete the wagering requirement, which means the bonus won’t be paid out. Alternatively, you may end up depositing more than you originally planned, which is far from ideal from a responsible gambling perspective. It’s mainly high rollers who will get something out of this bonus.
Terms for the Rollingo welcome bonus
The wagering requirement you need to complete with your real money is 30x the bonus amount. With a 200% match, that means wagering your deposit 60x on slots. That’s a lot, and there’s a high chance you won’t manage it. You can make several deposits to reach the requirement, but the bonus is only valid for three days, so time is limited. There’s no maximum stake while playing with real money, but withdrawals of bonus winnings are capped at €10,000. Any excess will be removed from your account before a withdrawal can go through. The bonus money, if you manage to unlock it, is paid out as real, withdrawable funds.
Alternative welcome bonuses
Alongside the casino welcome bonus, Rollingo lists a welcome offer for sports betting. You can choose it instead of the casino bonus. It gives you a free bet, with the amount matching your deposit.
| Deposit | Bonus | Minimum deposit |
|---|---|---|
| 1st deposit | 100% up to €200 | €20 |
Your free bet also has to be unlocked, but the wagering requirement with your own money is just 1x. It must be completed on singles with minimum odds of 2.0, or accumulators with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. Once the wagering is done you can use your free bet, and any winnings are paid out as real money.
Ongoing promotions and loyalty programme
On the casino side there are no ongoing match bonus or free spin offers. Instead, Rollingo has chosen to offer 10% daily cashback. So you have to “earn” the bonuses you get from this casino. The cashback itself is good, as it’s paid out with no wagering requirement.
The Rollingo promotions page lists betting bonuses and casino tournaments. The tournaments are run by various game developers, and you can take part in Blast & Races from Playson, Drops & Wins from Pragmatic Play and the Spinomenal tournament. More promotions and tournaments may also pop up for shorter periods, such as seasonal events.

Something we miss at Rollingo is a loyalty programme or VIP club. It appears to be completely absent. On the other hand, cashback rewards you based on your own play, so active players and high rollers still get rewarded.
Deposits and withdrawals at Rollingo
Rollingo accepts payment methods across several categories. You can deposit with standard bank cards, optionally via Apple Pay or Google Pay, as well as e-wallets, prepaid vouchers or cryptocurrency. Revolut is supported too. Your account and in-game currency is euros, and all deposits are free of charge.
For withdrawals there are fewer options, as only MiFinity, bank transfer and cryptocurrency are supported. As for transaction limits, the minimum deposit is €20, which should be manageable for most players. The minimum withdrawal, however, is €50, which is unfortunately higher than you’d expect at most other online casinos. You’ll find more on the most popular payment methods in the table below.
| Payment method | Limits (deposit) | Transaction time (deposit) | Limits (withdrawal) | Transaction time (withdrawal) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa & Mastercard | €20 – €2,500 | Instant | – | – |
| Paysafecard | €20 – €1,000 | Instant | – | – |
| Revolut | €20 – €2,500 | Instant | – | – |
| Skrill | €20 – €2,500 | Instant | – | – |
| MiFinity | €20 – €2,300 | Instant | €50 – €5,000 | Instant |
| Bank transfer | – | – | €50 – €5,000 | 1–3 days |
| Cryptocurrency | €20 – €2,500 | 5–30 minutes | €50 – €5,000 | 5–30 minutes |
Withdrawals, verification and payout limits at Rollingo
Standard withdrawal processing at Rollingo is estimated at 2 days, though it can take longer in some cases. If your withdrawal is expected to take more than 10 days to process, the casino will let you know. So withdrawals can take a while, but the limits are fairly generous. The table shows the daily, weekly and monthly limits. Jackpot wins are exempt from these rules, as they’re always paid out in full.
| Withdrawals per day | Withdrawals per week | Withdrawals per month |
|---|---|---|
| €5,000 | €10,000 | €40,000 |
Before you can make a withdrawal, you need to verify your gaming account. You’ll have to upload documents verifying your identity, home address and legal ownership of the payment methods you’ve used. For this you can submit a national ID card, passport or driving licence, an electricity or other utility bill, and photos of payment cards (with part of the card number covered), a screenshot from your e-wallet or a bank statement. KYC verification is estimated to take 2 days.
One of the big drawbacks at Rollingo is that every withdrawal carries a €3 fee. It applies per withdrawal, so it pays to avoid frequent small withdrawals. You’re better off making fewer, larger ones. Remember too that the minimum withdrawal is €50.
The games at Rollingo
Rollingo offers a game catalogue of just over 9,000 titles. These come from 61 game developers, including most of the ones players like best. Sports betting is on offer too. In the main menu you can choose between Casino, Live Casino, Sports and Live Betting. In the casino you can then pick from the categories Recommended, New Games, Popular, Slots, Seasonal, Live Casino, Feature Buy, Table and Drops & Wins. You can also filter games by developer.
The casino lobby comes across as tidy and well structured, though we’d have liked categories for jackpot games and speciality titles too. In terms of variety it’s reasonably good, but with comparatively few developers on board, it isn’t quite on par with what the big online casinos offer. The sportsbook, on the other hand, seems complete, with good coverage of all the popular sports, tournaments, leagues and other events.
Game providers
With just 61 game providers in the casino, that’s quite a bit fewer than we usually find at other online casinos. Even so, the selection is fairly good, as Rollingo seems to have been careful about which providers it chose to work with. The ones given the most prominent placement include Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Playson, Hacksaw Gaming, Evolution, Playtech and Penguin King.
When the provider line-up is narrow, there are usually fewer new and innovative developers. Rollingo has nonetheless brought in a number of providers in this category, including Toucan Royale, Happy Duck, Pocket Soft Games and Backseat Gaming.
Slots and jackpot games
Around 8,000 of the games at Rollingo are slots, making this by far the largest category. You’ll find them all in one place, but there’s also a smaller category showing only slots with the bonus buy feature. With no groupings for other features or mechanics, it can be a bit fiddly to track down games with the specific traits you’re after. Simple, classic machines sit alongside intricate, innovative video slots.
When we searched the game catalogue, we found none of the very biggest jackpot games. What we did find were several jackpot titles from BGaming and a number of games from VoltEnt. Our conclusion is that jackpot games are available, but mostly with local progressive or fixed jackpots. It’s hard to be completely sure, though, as this game type has no grouping of its own and simply sits among the rest of the slots.
Live casino and table games
The Rollingo live casino lists only 155 titles, all in one long list. That makes it very difficult to get a proper overview of the options for the game type you’re interested in. Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, other card and table games and game shows are all mixed together.
For a better overview, you’re almost better off clicking into the game lobby of a studio such as Evolution, Playtech, Ezugi or Pragmatic Play. Their lobbies make it easy to see which games they offer in each game type. This also gives you access to more games than Rollingo lists. Other live studios at Rollingo include Winfinity, ICONIC21, Religa and Vivo Gaming.
Speciality games and niche categories
Rollingo has a fair number of speciality games, but the only way to find them is to search for them or scroll through the entire list of 9,000 games. When we ran some searches, we found crash games, mines games, Plinko, scratch cards and Keno. So the variety is good, and hopefully the casino will eventually make these games easier to locate so the full selection can be seen.
Sports betting and odds
The Rollingo sportsbook is solid, covering all the most popular sports. The sport given the most prominence on the site is naturally football, with odds available on both domestic leagues and the major competitions such as the Premier League, Bundesliga, Champions League and La Liga. Beyond football there’s also a good selection of sports such as tennis, ice hockey, handball, basketball and esports.
The site also makes it easy to find the live betting offer. You get a clear overview of which matches are underway, and when you bet live you can follow the action via a stream. On the bet slip you can choose between singles, accumulators or system bets.
Licence, security and responsible gambling
Rollingo is owned and operated by Accelcore Enterprise Limitada, a company registered in Costa Rica with registration number 3102926243. Their gambling licence comes from Anjouan, licence number LSI-202506031-FI2 [1]. Unfortunately, the Anjouan gambling authority doesn’t have requirements as strict as other comparable authorities. It’s strong on the technical side, such as data security and fair games, but can fall short on responsible gambling and on protecting players and their deposited funds.
Fair games are ensured by the game developers at Rollingo holding their own licences, which in turn means they have to document that their games are fair. Independent third-party companies test the RTP and random number generators, and these companies then certify the games from each developer as safe and fair.
Responsible gambling has its own page, linked from the footer menu. The page itself only offers the most basic information, such as six key ground rules for making sure you play responsibly. There’s also a six-question list that works as a kind of self-assessment test. On top of that, there are links to two international support organisations.
For responsible gambling tools, Rollingo only offers two options: pausing or closing your account. Unfortunately, there’s no option to set limits on deposits, losses, wagering or session length.
User experience and mobile play
The Rollingo website itself is fresh, modern and easy to navigate. It’s localised in both language and currency, and the terms and conditions and other information pages are translated as well. The game categorisation is middle of the road. We’d have preferred it if they’d made the speciality and jackpot games easier to find and improved the categorisation in the live casino.
There’s no app for playing at Rollingo, so you’ll always use your browser. The site adapts to your device to keep it as user-friendly as possible. During testing, we found the site loaded quickly, even when scrolling through long lists of games.
Customer support at Rollingo
You can contact Rollingo customer support either by sending a message through the website or by email. The messaging service works much like a live chat, except the conversation thread can continue even if you or the agent goes offline. If no agent is available when you write, you’ll get a reply once one is. In our experience this happens fairly quickly, and you rarely have to wait long.
We got in touch and asked for information on topics players commonly care about. Withdrawal processing and verification, bonus terms, responsible gambling and general security were among the topics we covered. The answers we got were thorough and explained everything we wanted to know, but it was clear that some of them were standard replies rather than tailored to our specific questions.
How we tested Rollingo
We tested Rollingo according to Kingbonus’s standard methodology for online casinos. Our 24-point methodology covers every aspect of the casino that’s relevant and important to players. Here’s some of what we did:
- Terms and conditions: We read the full rules and conditions carefully, including the privacy policy. Our main focus was identifying conditions that deviate from the industry standard, for better or worse.
- Registration and verification: We created a gaming account and verified it with our mobile number. We noted which details are required to open an account.
- Bonuses: We accepted the welcome bonus and followed the wagering tracker to check that our stakes counted towards unlocking it. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to complete the wagering, so the bonus was never paid out.
- Games: We assessed the full game catalogue by going through each game category and every game developer. Variety, categorisation and overall quality were what we mainly noted.
- Deposits and withdrawals: We made three deposits, first with a Visa card and then with the e-wallet MiFinity. Our one withdrawal went to MiFinity, and as part of that process we also verified the gaming account.
- Customer support: We contacted customer support four times, twice through each method. Our questions covered withdrawal procedures, activating responsible gambling tools, how to get the bonus paid out and licence documentation.
- Responsible gambling: We didn’t activate an account pause, so we couldn’t test this properly. Instead we gathered information from the website and through our conversations with the support agents.
- Licence and security: We received licence documentation from the gaming company and also checked the licence validator on the website and the Anjouan licence register. Data security and the privacy policy were assessed as well.
Tested between 16 and 30 October 2026.

Our verdict and rating for Rollingo
Rollingo’s biggest strength is its use of bonuses with no wagering requirements. The daily cashback being paid out in real money is something we know many players will appreciate, high rollers not least. The carefully curated game selection is another plus, along with access to a sportsbook.
A 200% welcome bonus would normally count as an advantage, but since this offer has a very high wagering requirement to unlock, it holds limited value for most players. Other drawbacks are the withdrawal fees and the relatively slow withdrawal processing. We’d also mention the lack of options for setting limits on your account.
The conclusion of our Rollingo test is a recommendation with reservations. This is based mainly on aspects such as bonus terms, game selection and the withdrawal process.
