Bonus terms for the Slotoro welcome bonus

To claim each part of the welcome package you first have to activate it from your player profile, and once that’s done you have 5 days to use it. The withdrawal rules at Slotoro are fairly extensive, with different rules applying depending on the amount you take out. While 88 providers is a decent line-up, it’s still some way off the biggest casinos. Having all the major names on board does mean the game selection grows relatively quickly, though, which in turn means there are several new titles to try each week.

The live casino at Slotoro unfortunately isn’t very user-friendly. Just under 400 games are listed, but they aren’t categorised by game type and a fair number of RNG table games are mixed in. There’s no easy way to filter out live baccarat or blackjack, for instance, other than by searching for those names. Scrolling through the entire live casino is too cumbersome and gives you no real overview of the options for any specific game.

Most of the games are table games such as roulette and various card and dice games. On top of that you can play game shows with a live host. The games come from many studios, including 7Mojos, BetGames, Ezugi, Playtech and Pragmatic Play. Evolution is missing, unfortunately, and that’s a studio plenty of experienced players will notice the absence of.

Sports betting and odds

There are almost 30 sports to bet on at Slotoro, the most popular being football, tennis, basketball, table tennis, ice hockey, volleyball and baseball. It’s easy to filter by pre-match and live betting so you can quickly find what you’re after. On the bet slip you can choose between singles, combos and system bets.

Coverage of smaller domestic leagues is limited, so you’ll mostly be betting on the major international tournaments and leagues. If you want to bet on something other than sport, there’s a Specials section with odds on political elections, primarily in the US.

Licence, security and responsible gambling

Wiraon B.V. is the company that owns and operates Slotoro, registered in Curaçao. They operate under a gambling licence from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, licence number OGL/2024/686/0183. This licence is considered a good one and gives you all the basic player rights.

One of the licensing requirements is that the games on offer must be fair and that operators can’t influence the outcomes. This is ensured by having a third-party company test the software and random number generators. eCOGRA is the company that has certified Slotoro. Other requirements include keeping player funds separate from the casino’s accounts, having responsible gambling procedures in place and maintaining strong data security.

You can set responsible gambling limits yourself, directly from your gaming account. The feature is fairly well hidden within Settings, though. A small unmarked piece of text reading Responsible Gambling is actually a link, and clicking it lets you limit activity such as deposits, losses and wagering. There’s meant to be a dedicated responsible gambling page too, presumably with information and advice on the subject. The link to it doesn’t work, however, which is disappointing. Hopefully this is something Slotoro fixes soon.

User experience and mobile play

Slotoro has done a lot right on usability, the many game categories being one example. There are also things that feel less than optimal, though, such as the lack of sub-categories for live games. The fact that the site is only available in English is no help either, particularly when it comes to terms and conditions and bonus rules, which often use unfamiliar terminology.

Playing from mobile works just as well as playing from a computer. All the games and services are available, so the only difference is that the site adjusts somewhat to fit a smaller screen. During testing, the site loaded quickly even on mobile data and we experienced no stuttering while playing.

Customer support at Slotoro

You’ll find the customer support link in the main menu, and clicking it brings up a pop-up on screen. It starts by showing you an FAQ that you can also search. From there you can start a chat with an agent or message the casino on Telegram. They state that they offer support by email too, but the address itself isn’t easy to find.

We tested customer support by starting a chat on five separate occasions. We asked about responsible gambling procedures, bonus terms and the conditions for withdrawing winnings. What we assessed was friendliness, knowledge and how quickly the agents replied. We found the help we received to be good, and most of the answers appeared to be written specifically for our situation.

How we tested Slotoro

Our verdict and rating for Slotoro 

Slotoro is an online casino with a reasonably good game selection, no-sticky bonuses and flexible withdrawal limits. Customer support and mobile optimisation are pretty good too. Something else we appreciated was the many slot categories. Security is solid as well, with a Curaçao licence and several responsible gambling tools.

There are a fair few drawbacks at Slotoro too. First, we have to mention that bonus winnings are capped at 5x the deposit, which is very low. MiFinity being the only fiat payment method available will also be a real problem for many players. Beyond that, the site being English-only is no advantage either. 

Our recommendation for Slotoro is therefore a slightly cautious one, and the players who should pick this casino are those who prefer playing with real money and who use cryptocurrency for payments.
